Do I need to stay at the property during the end of lease clean?
No, it’s not necessary for you to stay at the property during the entire end of lease clean. However, we always ask our customers to attend an initial walkthrough as well as a final inspection of the property when we’re done. We’ll send a text when our cleaners are in transit as well as when we’re 30 minutes from completion. Lastly, if you’re not able to be at the property at all, we can provide a key pickup/drop-off service from your real estate agent’s office.
How long will the end of lease clean take?
Regardless of the size of the property, we’ll stay until the job is done. However, as a general rule of thumb, it will take 2-4 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment with carpet steam cleaning.
